Products may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund as long as they are in resellable condition. The purchaser pays for return shipping and must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN) from Maramil Ventures Incorporated (MVI) before returning the product(s). Any product(s) returned to MVI or any of its vendors, partners, agents or other affiliates without a RMAN will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the purchaser.

Any product(s) that require soldering, glueing, cutting or any other permanent means of alteration for assembly or use cannot be returned for refund if the product(s) has been soldered, glued, cut or permanently altered in any way. Some of MVI's products do require assembly using the previously described methods and MVI provides very thorough tutorials on the assembly of these products on its website. After reading the online tutorials carefully and the purchaser feels that the assembly skills required for said product(s) are beyond their ability, it is recommended that said product(s) not be purchased. MVI does offer assembly services on some of its products for additional fees.

Some of MVI's products are fragile and static electicity sensitive. Before leaving the MVI facilities, all products are thoroughly inspected and, if appropriate, tested for proper functionality. If the purchaser mishandles, misuses or damages the product(s) through carelessness, neglect or intent, it cannot be returned for a refund.

MVI assesses a twenty percent restocking fee of the purchase price of the returned product(s). We will fully refund any California sales taxes collected on the returned product(s), but will not refund original shipping and handling fees on the order(s). Any levies, tariffs, taxes, duties or other fees collected by MVI on behalf of other private or government third parties will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s) with the RMAN and it is assessed to be in resellable condition, MVI will either a) issue a credit on the charge or credit card used in purchasing the product(s) or b) issue a refund check mailed to an address of the customer's choice within seven business days. The charge or credit card credit or issued refund check will be in the amount of the purchase price of the product(s) returned deemed as resellable -- minus the twenty percent restocking fee -- plus any collected California sales tax on the returned product(s).

By purchasing product(s) from MVI or any of its vendors, partners, agents or other affiliates you agree to the terms of this product return policy.

MVI reserves the right to revise the terms of this product return policy without notice. The effective date of this version of the product return policy is February 6, 2003. Any products purchased on or after the effective date of this version of the product return policy are subject to the terms of this version.
